By creating an account or using the 4Health app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What 4Health is

4Health helps you log food, symptoms, mood, weight and bloodwork and see patterns in what you record. It is a wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it in place of a healthcare professional, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms.

Estimates can be wrong

Nutrition values, image analysis results and allergen flags are estimates. Foods may contain allergens even when none are flagged. Review every result and correct it before relying on it.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use 4Health. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Account Settings → Delete account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: do not attempt to access other people’s data, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your content

You own what you log. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the app to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Health is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information in the app.
